I really liked the decoration of the hotel, with its cozy and elegant style. The common areas were beautifully furnished, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility, with ramps and elevators that made it convenient for me to move around with ease. The staff were always helpful and respectful, making me feel comfortable during my stay.

I would have preferred if the staff were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Sometimes, they seemed busy and rushed, which made it harder for us to ask for assistance or information.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great amenities such as an ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The location of this place was also perfect for us, as it was not in the center but still had easy access to the Austra Centre for a Convention and was close to the UNO. The hotel was just in front of the Metro, making it very convenient for us to explore the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Excellent Hotel in Vienna. The location was perfect, with all the major attractions just a short distance away. The metro station was conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The free wifi and delicious breakfast were also major pluses. Car parking was available, although the parking spaces were a bit narrow. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Vienna.

Well-mannered staff, great views at the garden, everything is really good. The rooms here are air conditioned and comfortable quiet. You will find a flat screen cable TV, a mini fridge and climate control. Very good service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi. Recommend and would book here again:)))

The hotel is in an ideal location close to the city center, nature, shopping malls, train stations, Vienna International Centre. the breakfast had tasty food with high-quality coffee.
